After the great Tet holiday, the LUMIÈRE riverside site is getting moving very active again.

Facing Covid-19 outbreak in Ho Chi Minh City, the city government had to apply social distancing measures at the highest level in a row from the end of July 2021, all activities including residential Projects, our Company and the construction site had to stop at the request of the city government.

The above situation has affected the construction progress of LUMIÈRE riverside project. However, from October 1st 2021, LUMIÈRE riverside construction site could officially resume following regulations and government's epidemic prevention directive. The construction work is proceeding at site.

Masterise Homes® has tried its best to minimize the impact of this pandemic on the interests of customers. Thank you for your understanding and we are looking forward to receive your support as always.

With the close monitoring by our Project Management team our main contractors, Newtecons, maintained to keep construction progress on schedule, we will hand-over to customers as planned.

Completion of the Ground floor slab for both East & West towers were in fact ahead of the planned schedule by a few days and the Contractor will continue with this momentum as they move onto the excavation and construction of the Basement 1 slab, which would be completed by early part of July 2021.
