Ms. Phan Thi Anh Tuyet has joined Masterise Homes for 10 years, contributed her splendid experience in investment and especially her advantageous area of financial management. She has built up a consistent system of Finance - Accounting to ensure financial health of Mastersie Homes and to support the sustainable growth.
Over last two decades, Ms. Anh Tuyet was promoted through many positions of senior leaders as Chief Accountant, Chief Financial Officer, Financial Director. She is recognized as the key individual in pioneer companies in the real estate industry such as Savills Vietnam Co., Ltd, JMS Indochina Ltd, Elite Real Estate Corporation – REFICO. With her outstanding package of 20-year specialized experience in finance and accounting, she takes an essential role in monitoring corporate finance, implementing accounting policies in accordance with the company's everchanging requirements for development. Ms. Anh Tuyet furthermore is an expert in cash flow management and financial strategies as well, leading both internal and external financial activities.
Ms. Anh Tuyet earned a Bachelor in Economics in National Economics University- Ho Chi Minh City. She is now a member of ACCA- Australia CPA.
Mr. Vo Tri Anh joined Masterise Homes in 2009 and has been one of the company's earliest employees. He is now a member of the Executive Board, holding the position of Deputy Managing Director and Head of Project.
As the Deputy Managing Manager cum Head of Project, Mr. Tri Anh has made a considerable contribution to orient core strategies for the company, construct and develop Masterise Homes' team of experts and project technicians for them to grow extensively and professionally. Along with 20 years of experience in consulting, construction and comprehensive property development, Mr. Tri Anh indicates his passionate efforts and spirit to connect and cooperate with the world-class partners in the real estate industry. As he developed himself from the position of design-based leader and project manager, he is currently responsible for creating and operating high-quality projects which are iconic to Masterise Homes. He can also provide leveraged supports in design consulting and personal coaching as per situational requirements.
Mr. Tri Anh earned his Bachelor of Civil Engineering and Architecture from University of Architecture, Ho Chi Minh City and graduated with a Master of Engineering from Liege University in Belgium.
Mr. Julian Wyatt joined Masterise Homes in 2020 as the CEO, Masterise Property Management. He has a distinguished track record managing an extensive and varied portfolio of clients such as funds, corporates and private investors, and is experienced in property and asset management, business operations, business development and client relationship management.
Graduating in the UK, Mr. Wyatt spent approximately 7 years as a Surveyor in London before relocating to Hong Kong. He realized an outstanding milestone with his career of 22 years working with industry leader Savills Property Management Limited, Hong Kong. During two decades Mr. Wyatt rose from the position of a Senior Manager to a Senior Director, demonstrating his abilities to deliver successful client outcomes. He championed best practice and company adherence to an integrated quality management standard and contributed to the significant growth of the business.
In 2017 Mr. Wyatt joined of CBRE Hong Kong as a strategic leader of their Asia Property Management Team based in Hong Kong. He was responsible for reviewing operational standards and practices across the region to successfully identify and minimize operating risk. Working at the regional level, he delivered impactful change to business operations in in Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Hong Kong, China, Korea and Japan.
Mr. Wyatt earned his BSc (Hons) Urban Land Economics in the UK before becoming a Member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1988, and qualifying as a Certified Facility Manager in 2000.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Nhu Loan has joined Masterise Homes since 2014 and currently holds the position as the Chief Accountant. Before that, she held many important positions as Chief Accountant, HR Manager and CEO, working for companies in diverse industries like consulting, materials, car accessories, carriage and logistics.
Ms. Nhu Loan is recognized for her sensitivity to numbers, which confirms her tight and consistent management of financial resources. During her time working for accounting department, she has always ensured financial procedures in the business, in addition to her handling issues and delivering up-to-date reports. With the privilege from her package of 20-year expertise experience, Ms. Nhu Loan is one of the strategically important individuals who contribute to the great successes of Masterise Homes accounting activities. Performing her position as the Chief Accountant, Ms. Nhu Loan has applied her competence to deal with pricing and effectively control standardized procedures in the business, which helps Masterise Homes to reduce operating costs and avoid financial risks.
Ms. Nhu Loan graduated with a Bachelor in Economics - University of Economics, Ho Chi Minh City and also earned the Chief Accountant Certificate from Ministry of Finance.
Mr. Linton has worked in the hospitality industry for 20 years in Australia and Vietnam, with a passion for luxury hotels and crafting destination-led experiences. Moving to Vietnam in 2008, he has been working in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
Joining Masterise Homes in 2020 with the responsibility for customer excellence and innovation, Mr. Linton brings his expertise in these areas to build a product synonymous with quality and luxury and unsurpassed customer service and experience.
With a deep understanding of all operational and administrative hotel departments, he gained profound experience leading in opening and establishing 5-star hotels. Before joining Masterise Homes, Mr. Linton Borthwick had worked for prestigious hotels in Vietnam, namely Caravelle Hotel, JW Marriott Hanoi, Park Hyatt Hotel. His latest role was as General Manager of the Mia Saigon Boutique Hotel in Thao Dien, Ho Chi Minh City.
