Ms. Xuan joined Masterise in 2022 as Deputy CEO of Masterise Property Management, in charge of the operations of commercial and residential properties under Masterise Homes. Prior to taking this role, Xuan worked for various local and international firms, leading the property/asset management division for almost 20 years. Understanding the property management practice and the demands of the residents is her biggest advantage.
