Hanoi, July 11, 2022 - Masterise Group signed the MOU with Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee on a program to build 400 Dai Doan Ket houses in 9 provinces, including Nghe An, Thanh Hoa, Quang Tri, Yen Bai, Ha Giang, Kon Tum, Tuyen Quang, Tay Ninh, Quang Binh. The signing ceremony was witnessed by Mr. Do Van Chien, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, President of Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee, representatives of Standing Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee and the media.

Signing representatives included Mrs. Truong Thi Ngoc Anh - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee - with the witness of Mr. Do Van Chien - Secretary of the Party Central Committee, President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee, Mrs. Cao Xuan Thao - Chief of Office, Mrs. Nguyen Thi Hong Thuong - Deputy Head of Movement Department, Mr. Duong Manh Hung and Ms. Phan Thi Anh Tuyet - Managing Director, Mr. Jason Turnbull - Deputy Managing Director, Ms. Do Thi Thanh Ha - Head of Legal, Ms. Huynh Hong Lan - Communications Director of Masterise Homes.

In response to the appeals by the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee, Masterise Group has actively supported Dai Doan Ket program to build more houses for the disadvantaged to cope with the approaching stormy season in Vietnam. This activity also reinforces Masterise’s commitment to building a better future for the local community.

The first 200 Dai Doan Ket houses will be built in Nghe An, Thanh Hoa, Quang Tri, and Yen Bai under phase 1. In phase 2, 200 houses will be built in Ha Giang, Kon Tum, Tuyen Quang, Tay Ninh and Quang Binh. These local communities in the program are often heavily affected by storms, floods, and epidemics that affect people's lives. Many people face difficult circumstances, unhappiness, and dilapidated houses.

"The contribution of Masterise Group in Dai Doan Ket houses program is highly significant to increase more resources for the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and localities in progressively removing temporary and diliapidated houses for poor households," Mr. Do Van Chien, Secretary of the Party Central Committee and Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, stated at the signing ceremony of this agreement. "We will rapidly implement constructing houses, focus on the right people, the right purposes, assure a short duration with high quality to help poor households quickly have their own house and stabilize their lives".

As the stormy season is coming, Dai Doan Ket houses will encourage the beneficiaries to have more faith and build a better future. The program is expected to complete in December 2022 with a total value of 20 billion VND. This is a key activity under the three spearheads: Living Environment - Education - Humanitarian Aid in the long-term strategic social sustainable program "Build a Better Future" of Masterise Group.
