PARTNER WITH DRUCE TO EXPAND DISTRIBUTION CHANNEL TO INTERNATIONAL MARKET

London & Ho Chi Minh City, August 29, 2022 - Masterise Group officially announced a strategic partnership with Druce - prime London real estate advisor since 1822, to expand the distribution network of Masterise Homes' world-class real estate products to the world. The first three projects to be introduced to the international investors are Grand Marina, Saigon (District 1, HCMC); The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Hanoi (Hoan Kiem, Hanoi) and the future high-rise subdivisions in The Global City township (An Phu, Thu Duc City, HCMC).
Gibran Bukhari, Head of Sales, Masterise Homes, and Robert Bartlett, Global CEO of Druce, signed a strategic cooperation agreement.
Established in 1822, Druce has 200 years of experience in sales and leasing consultancy for branded and luxury real estate products in developed markets. Mr. Gibran Bukhari, Head of Sales, Masterise Homes, shared the cooperation with the UK-based strategic partner: “Druce is a part of the strategy to expand our distribution network of world-class real estate products in Vietnam to the global market. Many foreign investors familiar with the Vietnamese real estate industry view this country as a desirable investment destination with good returns. This will be a chance to appeal more aggressively to the demand for foreign investment in Vietnam after more than two years of the pandemic, especially products associated with leading and well-known international brands.”
“We expect our partnership with Druce will bring not only successful transactions in the international market but also a chance for the world to recognize the historical, cultural, and economic values of Vietnam through real estate projects,” said Bukhari.
This is not the first time Masterise Homes has distributed its products in an international market. The Marriott and JW Marriott branded residences at Grand Marina, Saigon was successfully "exported" to the Hong Kong market in 2021 by this entity. The success of this event is a premise for the plan to expand the distribution channels to other international markets, thereby fostering the cooperation agreement between Masterise Group and Druce. This partner will represent to distribute Masterise Group's products in developed markets such as Singapore, Dubai, and Europe.

The plan shows that in the first phase, Druce will focus on distributing the two branded residential projects of Masterise Homes - Grand Marina, Saigon, and The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Hanoi. Both projects are located at prime locations in the city center and are associated with the luxury hotel brands of Marriott International - the world's largest hotel chain.
