Lake Tower – the first residential building inside Marriott International’s largest branded residence project will start fitting out in June.
Ho Chi Minh City, May 19, 2022 - Masterise Homes organized the topping out ceremony of the Lake Tower – one among 8 residential towers in Grand Marina, Saigon’s masterplan. The event marks a crucial milestone of the development, bringing to life the concept of branded residences.
The representative of Masterise Homes and other partners conducted the topping-out ceremony of the Lake Tower.
Located in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City and associated with two prestigious brands of Marriott International, the 47-storey Lake Tower is a part of the 10ha masterplan at Grand Marina, Saigon.

The bare shell construction of the tower is slated to be completed in May before fitting out. Floor layouts are arranged to make the most of the spectacular view of the Lake Tower. The city center is visible from the south and southwest side, while residences facing east and southeast offer views of the Saigon River, and those facing southwest overlook the Saigon Zoo and Botanical Garden.
Lake Tower also offers luxurious services and amenities, which includes a boarding room, swimming pool, cinema, club lounge, gym, and kid’s club, all run by Marriott professionals. The interiors, designed by HBA, follow the signature design language of Marriott hotel brand with modern touches on a luxurious classic background. Italian Fit Out company will bring the design to life with fine Italian craftsmanship, providing future residents with unique Milano living.

The development team of Lake tower includes An Phong Construction and Mace, with interior design by HBA, and interior fit out by Italian Fit Out Company. The handovers are expected to start from the first quarter of 2023. A large number of Marriott residences in Lake Tower have been purchased, including the 240 sqm duplex penthouses on the 45th floor.
The show units in Lake Tower will be completed in the following months so customers could easily experience the Italian fit-out while enjoying the beautiful view from the tower. The project developer is offering an appealing financial package program that includes principal and interest grace of up to 12 months after handover to help consumers maximize their investment.
