On August 24, 2022, Masterise Homes attended the press conference to announce the inaugural Techcombank Ha Noi Marathon as The Gold Sponsor for the second consecutive year. The marathon will officially take place in Hanoi from September 23rd-25th, 2022, with the theme "The Greater Footprint," expected to attract more than 7,000 runners.

Mr. Julian Wyatt, CEO of Masterise Property Management, Masterise Homes, emphasized: "The long-term companion with the Techcombank Marathon is also Masterise Group's commitment to improve the quality of life of Vietnamese people and build a community for sustainable development, in line with the goal of the program 'Build A Better Future' that we are implementing."

Hanoi Marathon Techcombank includes four distances: marathon, half marathon, 10km, and 5km. The track will pass through 5 districts of Hanoi, including Hoan Kiem, Ba Dinh, Tay Ho, Dong Anh, and Long Bien. The organizers also arrange a separate running track for young athletes 5-14 years old.

The inaugural race will offer the largest overall prize purse in Vietnam. All routes have been certified by the Association of International Marathons and Distance Races (AIMS), ensuring the international quality of the race. For the first time, Vietnamese and International marathoners can run through the most beautiful and historical route in Ha Noi in the year's most beautiful season.
