MASTERISE HOMES IN COLLABORATION WITH VIETCETERA TO ORGANIZE THE EVENT “CONNECTING DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL F&B BUSINESSES

Develop a world-class commercial district at The Global City
 

Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam - 10 June, 2023- Masterise Homes, in collaboration with Vietcetera, organizes the event "Connecting Domestic and International F&B Businesses" for the first time, taking place at the new city center - The Global City, bringing together over 100 leading businesses in the F&B and retail industry, both domestically and internationally. The event marks the beginning of Masterise Homes’ plan to develop a professional commercial business model in line with global trends at The Global City. It provides long-term profit opportunities for both F&B business owners looking to expand their operations and shophouse owners at The Global City.

The rapid urbanization process, along with changing customer demands, behaviors, and global development trends, is driving significant growth in the F&B and retail sector in Vietnam. Masterise Homes has outlined a clear development roadmap to build a world-class commercial district at The Global City, with operations and management on par with developed countries worldwide.    
 

In addition to completing recreational facilties and hosting festive events to attract visitors to the new city center, Masterise Homes has continuously signed MOU with domestic and international F&B and retail brands. In November 2022, collaborations were established with renowned brands such as Pizza 4P's, Pasteur Street Brewing, Yen Sushi & Sake Pub, Yen Sushi Premium, Shamoji, Omasake, and Mylife Coffee. In April 2023, in collaboration with Druce in Singapore, many popular F&B brands from the “Lion City” were brought to The Global City.

With the goal of strengthening cooperation with F&B brands in 2023, Masterise Homes collaborates with Vietcetera - the organizer of the successful Vietnam F&B Conference for four consecutive years, to create an event that connects industry experts and business owners in the F&B sector, opening up opportunities for business development and expansion at The Global City. The event also signifies the beginning of Masterise Homes’ plan to develop a commercial district that adheres to international standards, with a modern business model, comprehensive masterplan, professional operation and management to meet the stringent requirements of international brands, creating a sustainable business environment for all enterprises. 
 

During the event, in the seminar for F&B businesses with the topic of "Unlocking investment opportunities," experts such as Mr. Thue Quist Thomasen (CEO of Decision Lab), Mr. Greg Ohan (CEO and co-founder of The Sentry), and Mr. Steven Townsend (CEO of Studio Urban Design Vietnam) shared valuable insights and provided thorough information regarding the F&B market and business potential in Vietnam for foreign enterprises. The event attracted over 100 renowned domestic F&B brands and more than 20 brands from Singapore, providing opportunities for business expansion in a world-class township estimated to accommodate 40,000 residents, 20,000 officicers, and high footfall from surrounding residential areas such as Thao Dien and Thu Thiem.

The event also marks the partnerships between Masterise Homes and renowned F&B brands from Singapore, including Jlogo Holdings, True Cost, All Day Café, Hei Bai Chao, Daruma Tavern, Aladdin Indian Cuisine, and Khan Saab. These brands will join a range of domestic F&B brands such as AQ Gourmet & Dine, Takumi-Tei Saigon, Kyo-Tei (under AQ Development company), CTY Kitchen & Bar, enhancing the vibrancy of the SOHO shophouses.
