MASTERI COLLECTION'S TOPPING-OUT CEREMONIES

In June 2022, the trilogy projects under the Masteri Collection successfully held the topping-out ceremonies in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. Masteri Centre Point celebrated its topping-out ceremony ahead of 30 days, and the other two Masteri projects in Hanoi have completed the rough-in stage of construction as scheduled, ensuring the handover time as committed.

Launched at the end of 2020, Masteri Collection attracted huge attention from investors and home-buyers given the prime location in the mega townships: Ocean Park, Smart City, and Grand Park, and a new lifestyle adhered to world-class standards exclusively for customers – “Live in Masteri style”.
All three projects are expected to be handed over in QII & QIII in 2023. Masteri West Heights is located at the heart of Smart City in the West of Hanoi, consisting of 4 towers on a 20,000m2 land area. The project devotes most of the site to developing the landscape and internal utilities, with a construction density of only 33.3%.
Speaking at the ceremony, Adrian Chen, Business Development Director of Masterise Homes, shared: “Despite Covid-19 social distancing, the construction of Masteri West Heights and Masteri Waterfront has been carefully executed and complied with regulations to ensure the safety of our manpower and keep the construction project on schedule.”
In the same month, Masteri Center Point was also topped out on June 16, marking the completion of the rough construction of the project on schedule.

Speaking at the ceremony, Sameer AbuKhalil, Deputy Head of Project Development of Masterise Homes, shared: “After the launch in 2020, we experienced a prolonged Covid-19 social distancing period. However, the project has achieved 2 million safe labor hours to complete the rough construction, which is a proud development, affirming the world-class capacity of Masterise Homes”.
