MASTERISE HOMES TOPPED OUT LUMIÈRE BOULEVARD

Masterise Homes, the international real estate developer, celebrated a significant milestone in the development of LUMIÈRE boulevard at Grand Park, Long Binh & Long Thanh My Wards, Thu Duc City, by hosting a topping-out ceremony on March 7th, 2023.
The event not only marked the remarkable progress of the project but also symbolized the realization of a vision to create the largest multi-dimensional green sanctuary in the bustling metropolis of Ho Chi Minh City. As the development nears completion and handover, LUMIÈRE Boulevard is set to redefine urban living with its unique blend of luxury, sustainability, and nature.

LUMIÈRE boulevard boasts five magnificent apartment towers, each adorned with 24 vertical gardens that stretch from the ground floor to the top floor. These stunning gardens merge seamlessly with the beautifully landscaped internal gardens, culminating in a vast green space that spans an impressive 4 hectares. The lush landscape produces an astounding 125 million liters of oxygen per year, providing a refreshing and cool ambiance throughout the year for the esteemed residents of LUMIÈRE boulevard.
Drawing inspiration from nature, each tower is named after a different plant or flower, including Angelica, Bayan, Camellia, Daisy, and Erica, each representing a unique aspect of mental health and offering positive inspiration for residents. With the completion of the body structure, the towers are currently in the construction phase, with work underway to complete the facades and interiors.

Masterise Homes collaborated with a team of distinguished project development partners, including Tange, Land Sculptor, Studio HBA, Mace, and Delta, to ensure the seamless progress of the LUMIÈRE Boulevard project. The construction team worked tirelessly, dedicating millions of hours of hard work, to achieve the topping-out milestone and fulfill Masterise Homes' handover commitment.
During the ceremony, Mr. Mahdi Samhouri, Deputy Director of Project Development cum Deputy Head of Design, Masterise Homes expressed his gratitude for the team's unwavering dedication and commitment, which resulted in the remarkable progress of the project. “This reinforces the LUMIÈRE Boulevard project's commitment to delivering a luxurious living space close to nature, with modern amenities and an abundance of greenery, to its discerning customers,” said Mahdi.

Upon completion, LUMIÈRE boulevard is set to become the thriving hub of Thu Duc City. Residents of LUMIÈRE boulevard will enjoy two distinct categories of amenities. The first category comprises the city's comprehensive utility system, including international hospitals, schools, shopping centers, office buildings, and vast parks. The second category offers a range of exclusive utilities accessible to LUMIÈRE boulevard residents, such as a 65m Olympic-sized spaceship swimming pool, a jacuzzi pool with hydromassage, sports areas, BBQ, and outdoor cinema, among others. The development also features a dedicated hotel for young residents, equipped with facilities for physical and intellectual development, such as herb gardens, botanical gardens, children's playground areas, fountains, kite-flying areas, children's swimming pools, baby jacuzzis, fountains, rain showers, lazy rivers, and paper boats.
The LUMIÈRE Boulevard apartments are scheduled for completion and handover in 2023, complete with high-class equipment from renowned brands.
