Masterise Homes hands over first apartments in Hanoi - Masteri Waterfront

In the second quarter of 2023, Masterise Homes handed over the first apartments in the Miami subdivision inside the Masteri Waterfront project at the heart of District 1 - Ocean City (Gia Lam, Hanoi).
This is Masterise Homes' first project in Hanoi to be handed over to residents. The move also affirms Masterise Homes' pioneering position in the real estate market, which is facing a shortage of new supply.
Miami subdivision welcomes first residents
The Masteri Waterfront project broke ground in November 2020. With the criterion of putting quality first, Masterise Homes has cooperated with the general contractor Newtecons to ensure the construction process runs smoothly and professionally.
Covering an area of 3.7ha, Masteri Waterfront comprises 6 towers divided into two subdivisions: Miami and Hawaii. The project offers more than 3,800 luxury apartments to the market in the heart of District 1 - Ocean City. Among them, the Miami subdivision provides 1,666 apartments.
Since the launch, the Masteri Waterfont project has become a spotlight in the market because it marks Masterise Homes' first venture into the northern region.

As one of the first customers to receive a house in Miami - Masteri Waterfront subdivision, Anh Tuyet, a 36 year-old from Hanoi, and her husband expressed their joy at welcoming their new home.
