GRANTED SCHOLARSHIP FOR TOP GRADUATES

Within the framework of the 6th “Top Graduates Honors” program organized by the Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam Student Association, on October 26th 2019, Masterise Group was pleased to sponsor scholarships for disadvantaged students so that they might have increased motivation to study and get vocational training.

2019 is the 6th year in a row since the Association started organizing the program. To date, they have honored 491 of highest ranked graduates, of which, there are 227 undergraduates and 264 postgraduates. The students have been recognized for their outstanding performance at many Colleges and Universities across the nation.

SUPPORTED CHARITY WALK FOR THE POOR

On December 8, 2019, Masterise Group joined the “Charity Walk for the Poor 2019,” organized by the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee (VFF) in Thu Duc District. The corporation contributed to the “Fund for the Poor,” which will help disadvantaged families and families under the preferential treatment policy in the District over the Lunar New Year 2020.

This event was attended by the leaders of the City, District Council, and the People’s Committee, together with more than 1.500 employees and students living in Thu Duc District. In total, the event raised over 2.9 billion VND from 70 enterprises and organizations. This fund will be used for practical activities such as scholarships, working tools, building and repairing charity houses and gift donations over the coming Tet holiday.

DONATED 5 BILLION VND TO THE “LOVING TET 2020” FUND RAISING PROGRAM

In order to help create a prosperous residential community and contribute to the sustainable development of society as a whole, on Dec 12, 2019, Masterise Group donated 5 billion VND to the "Loving Tet – Year of the Mouse 2020,” which was broadcasted live on HTV1 and HTV9.

Over the past 12 years, the Ho Chi Minh City Farmers Association has successfully organized this annual fund raising program to help thousands of disadvantaged farmer households improve their livelihoods. This year, “Loving Tet” has raised more than 15.440 billion VND to provide 3,000 poor and near-poor farmer households with 300 production tools, 1.100 Tet gifts, 1.500 scholarships, 100 savings books and 5 charity houses.

BUILT A LOCAL BRIDGE AND OFFERED FREE HEALTH CHECKUPS IN BINH THUAN PROVINCE

Masterise Group funded 1.5 billion VND to help build a bridge for the people of Lac Tri village, Phu Lac commune in Binh Thuan province. After 4 months of construction, on December 15th 2019, this local bridge was completed and put into operation.

The new bridge will help drain away larger flood waters, thus creating favorable conditions for the local people in the Lac Tu and Phu Dien villages to travel, cultivate farms, harvest and transport goods. It will also promote economic activities, reduce poverty and greatly help the local people access public services such as schools, hospitals and markets.

On this occasion, Masterise Group also cooperated with the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union to give 100 gifts to 100 underprivileged households and offered free health checkups and medicine for 300 people in need.

SPONSORED THE PROGRAM "MEETING STUDENTS AND WELCOMING LUNAR NEW YEAR 2020 AWAY FROM HOME"

In order to encourage students who could not afford to be with their families over Tet, Masterise Group sponsored to organize the program "Meeting students and welcoming lunar new year 2020 away from home" taking place on January 15.

In a cozy atmosphere at the City’s Youth Cultural House, Masterise Group gave warm-hearted gifts to all of students studying at colleges and universities in Ho Chi Minh City with the hope to bring them a worry-free feeling and a great encouragement, as they will spend the holidays working over Tet to develop their experience, knowledge and skills as well as to have a savings to cover expenses for the upcoming semester.

BROUGHT TET GIFTS TO UNDERPRIVILEGED FAMILIES

Masterise Group continued to donate 5 billion VND into the “Fund for the poor” run by Committee of Vietnam Fatherland Front, hoping to relieve the hardships of underprivileged families in the occasion of Tet 2020.

On January 17 & 18, Masterise Group delivered over 1,000 Tet gifts to poor families in Cu Chi District and District 11, Ho Chi Minh City. The gifts may not offer much material value but embody our goodwill and sympathy towards the misfortune of these families and hopefully could be the relief for them in Tet holiday.

SUPPORTED UNDERPRIVILEGED WOMEN IN TET 2020

In the warmth of spring days, Masterise Group and Committee of Vietnamese Fatherland Front brought “Fund for the Poor” to underprivileged women in Ho Chi Minh City. With sincere wishes and practical Tet gifts, Masterise Group hopes to spread the warmth and joy to the community on the occasion of upcoming holiday.

The events were organized by the Women's Union of the City on January 16 in District 3 and on January 20 in District 2, HCMC, with many exciting and meaningful activities on agenda. Hopefully our gifts to these mothers, aunts and sisters deliver our sincerity and help relieve their burdens in the lunar new year.

SPONSORED ““SPRING LOVED GROUP" PROGRAM FOR 2,000 UNDERPRIVILEGED CHILDREN

Masterise Group was delighted to provide our sponsorship to the “Spring Loved Group”, annually co-organized by the Committee of Vietnamese Fatherland Front and HCMC Youth Union in the past 26 years. This year, the program delivered gifts to 2,000 orphans and children with disabilities from 35 different open Group and orphanages across Ho Chi Minh City.

The event took place at Tao Dan Park on January 19 with lots of fun activities, flower festival and interesting performances. In addition to warm-hearted gifts, the event also offered every child free transportation, a pair of new shoes, a T-shirt and took part in the year-end party.
