Masterise Homes is proud to announce that two of our branded residences projects have been recognized in the Top 100 outstanding projects at the prestigious Asia Architecture Design Awards 2023.
This prestigious event in the field of architecture in Asia aims to honor and recognize the exceptional works of architects and remarkable architectural achievements across the region.
Representatives from Masterise Homes attended the award ceremony in Singapore on August 14, 2023. This recognition not only showcases Masterise Homes' commitment to excellence but also validates our strategic vision of collaborating with international partners to achieve the highest quality standards.
Mr. Dylan Yip, Deputy General Director in charge of strategy of the Asia Award Organization, said that after more than 8 months of launching, AADA has received a strong response with more than 1,100 accounts registered. Signed on the official website, more than 436 projects successfully submitted applications, 100 projects reached the final round. The jury board worked very seriously to find 50 winners to honor on the awards night.

Furthermore, the organization has received more than 436 project applications, with 100 projects advancing to the final round. The jury board has diligently evaluated these submissions and selected 50 deserving winners who will be honored at the upcoming awards ceremony.
The success of these projects can be attributed in large part to the collaboration with Italian Fit Out (IFO) - our fit-out partner from Italy. The IFO artisans have meticulously crafted each piece of furniture using carefully selected materials sourced from renowned brands worldwide.
