Customer Assistant Loyalty Manager

  1. Works with the Director of Loyalty and Head of Customer Excellence to create, manage and implement loyalty programs
  2. Day to day management of reward elements of the program as directed by supervisor
  3. Trains teams to ensure loyalty program is well understood within CS department and on a company level
  4. Assists in the creation of events for loyalty members together with supervisor and Marketing team
  5. Creates and manages EDM’s for loyalty members
  6. Works with commercial to procure, order and manage gifts for customers and loyalty members
  7. Day to day management operation of customer loyalty enquiries line.
  8. Maintain customer loyalty database together with IT team.
  9. Manages and enhance rewards programs and customer retention programs for Masterise Homes®.
  10. Maintain relationships with VIP clients
  11. Manage loyalty customers and assist to update database
