Customer Assistant Loyalty Manager
- Works with the Director of Loyalty and Head of Customer Excellence to create, manage and implement loyalty programs
- Day to day management of reward elements of the program as directed by supervisor
- Trains teams to ensure loyalty program is well understood within CS department and on a company level
- Assists in the creation of events for loyalty members together with supervisor and Marketing team
- Creates and manages EDM’s for loyalty members
- Works with commercial to procure, order and manage gifts for customers and loyalty members
- Day to day management operation of customer loyalty enquiries line.
- Maintain customer loyalty database together with IT team.
- Manages and enhance rewards programs and customer retention programs for Masterise Homes®.
- Maintain relationships with VIP clients
- Manage loyalty customers and assist to update database
