- Application period: From August 1st, 2026 to September 30th, 2026.

- Scope of application: This program applies to customers owning products in the SOHO – The Global City project.

[SOLUTION 01] MAINTAINING STABLE INTEREST RATES, EXTENDING PEACE OF MIND IN OWNERSHIP
Applicable subjects: Customers who complete the signing of the Agreement from August 1st, 2026 to September 30th, 2026 and choose the bank loan payment method to receive 0% interest rate support (*).

From the time the 0% interest rate support period under the current sales policy ends, Customers will continue to enjoy:
- Guaranteed interest rate of 5%/year for the next 24 months (*);

- Grace period for principal repayment for the next 24 months (*).

[SOLUTION 02] FLEXIBLE CASH FLOW, PRESERVING ALL BENEFITS
Applicable to: Customers who have completed signing the Agreement and chosen the installment payment method using their own capital.

For payments not yet made according to the installment payment schedule using their own capital, Customers can flexibly choose to pay with their own capital or with a loan from Techcombank with a maximum limit of 70% of the product value.

For loans disbursed during the period from August 1, 2026 to September 30, 2026, customers will be eligible for the following financial support solutions:
- Guaranteed interest rate of 5%/year for 24 months from the disbursement date of each loan (*).

- Principal repayment grace period of 24 months from the disbursement date of the first loan (*).

- Interest grace period of 6 months from the disbursement date of the first loan (*).

In addition to financial solutions, Masterise Homes also offers 1 gold bar (*) as a Vu Lan season appreciation gift to customers who complete the signing of the SOHO product Agreement between August 1, 2026 and September 30, 2026.
