UPDATE CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS – AUG/2023: 🍃 THE LANDSCAPE STRUCTURE, AMENITIES AND INTERIOR OF 05 TOWERS ARE QUICKLY COMPLETED 🍃
12/09/2023, Masteri Centre Point has finished 100% of the landscape structure and is fast developing internal amenities and plants while finishing the inside of the 05 towers.
UPDATE CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS – JUL/2023: CONTINUE TO COMPLETE THE INSIDE AND AMENITIES
11/08/2023, Masteri Centre Point affirms its position as the most luxurious residential compound with the interior space being completed with the highest quality. By the end of July, the elevator lobby and corridor have been "lighted up" with a lighting system according to “5-star” hotel standards, creating a luxurious and sophisticated space right from the entrance to the apartment for residents. In the meantime, the interiors of apartments are still being furnished to international standards. Outside the 05 towers, Masteri Centre Point has completed the construction of aluminium frames (from level 4 to the top roof), has completed 100% of the glass installation, and has continued to install external stone cladding for the shophouse area at levels 1&2. At the same time, several landscape works have been accomplished, such as constructing planter boxes, paving walks with granite, and installing mosaic tiles at the swimming pool, gradually forming high-class amenities. Masterise Homes® and the main contractors are continuing to closely monitor construction items to the most rigorous standards, providing a modern lifestyle and being ready to welcome residents in 2023. UPDATE CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS – JUN/2023: CONTINUE TO COMPLETE THE INSIDE AND AMENITIES
13/07/2023, By the end of June 2023, the 05 Masteri Centre Point towers continued to complete the interior living space to the highest quality and most complete handover standards. More than 1,300 apartments (up to the 18th floor of the towers) have been basically completed, are undergoing internal quality check and cleaning, and international standard furniture has been installed, providing future residents with top-class living space. Furthermore, the towers' facade has been sprayed with final exterior paint. The shophouse area on the 1st and 2nd floors is implementing exterior stone tiling with imported European marble, harmonizing colors, and sustainable design, giving the project an elegant appearance.
