04-10-2022

Since announced by Masterise Group, the strategic sustainable development program - Build A Better Future has received positive responses from over 600 employees over our departments.

Not only are they feel empathetic, touched, and proud, but also full of spirit to bend over backward to contribute to success.

Mr. Ngo Nhu Vuong – IT Specialist at Masterise Homes said that he was impressed by the innovative approach of Innovation for Children (a joint effort by Masterise Group and UNICEF Viet Nam as a part of the Build A Better Future Program) which focuses on supporting children through efforts to tackle the climate crisis.

“Born in Central Vietnam, I witness and live with the lingering impacts of climate change caused by natural disasters, floods, and landslides every year. As a result, many children in my hometown are orphaned, live in poverty, and miss out on education. Hence, as I know about the program of our group, I feel proud to be a part of this practical initiative,” said Vuong

As a mother, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Ha, a member of the Legal Department at Masterise Homes, said that she was incredibly interested in learning about the impacts of climate change on children's future through the UNICEF report.

“I love the way Masterise Group, and UNICEF Viet Nam empower children by nourishing them with knowledge and skills to make a change today, preparing them to face the challenges of climate change in the future.

I hope not only do employees participate in the meaningful activities but also our children can play a part in this program,” shared she.

Ms. Song Nhu, Director of Customer Experience, Masterise Homes, said she is very proud that the company can work with a well-known partner like UNICEF Viet Nam to build a strategic program creating a huge impact on society.

“Previously, I was proud because I could join hands with the company to build better homes for Vietnamese people. Now I am bursting with pride in contributing to a program for the community, building a healthier and more sustainable future for all Vietnamese people – particularly for children,” shared Ms. Song Nhu.

“Children are the least responsible for climate change, yet they bear the greatest burden of the impacts of climate change”

It is a conclusion from the UNICEF report inspiring the "Innovation for Children" project to be born. It is also the message making the most profound impression on Mr. Tran Van Quoc - Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition Department of Masterise Homes.

Mr. Quoc said that he was excited and proud that the group's CSR program will partners with UNICEF Viet Nam to enhance the living environment and improve the quality of education for children to tackle the impacts of climate change.

“I hope the meaningful message of the program can spread widely so that more people can be aware, understand and take action together right today to build a better future for the young generation - the future of the country and the planet," said Mr. Quoc.

Through Masterisers’ testimonials, we can see that Build A Better Future is not only the corporate social responsibility but also a core value in the working culture at Masterise Group - an unwavering belief to make significant differences for our better future.
