In August 2020, Masterise Homes – a member of Masterise Group officially handed out the Pink Books to the apartment owners in another residence in our portfolio – M-One Saigon South.
Situated on Be Van Cam street, District 7, M-One Saigon South is a remarkable residential development in the south of the city with a prime location and easy connectivity. The project provides about 1000 units and when first launched, made a huge splash in the market, quickly selling 100% of the units. With business-class facilities and a modern convenient living space, M-One Saigon South attracted new families and successful young professionals.
M-One Saigon South’s event in August was attended by residents as well as Masterise Homes’ representatives, Mr. Jason Turnbull - CFO, Mrs. Thai Kim Phung, Head of the Customer Service Department and Mr. Julian Wyatt, CEO of Property Management
