As a relatively young enterprise in the real estate industry, but during its 8 years of operation, Masterise Group has always been a familiar name joining hands to organize many community support programs – from granting scholarships to helping poor children overcome difficulties. , students celebrate Tet away from home, to activities to support difficult workers.
In the past challenging year of 2021, the international real estate group suddenly became a solid "fulcrum", standing side by side with the city and the whole country in many activities in the midst of the epidemic and in the new normal.

Big journey starts with small efforts
On the morning of January 20, in the cool weather near the Lunar New Year, baby Phi An was transported by her grandmother to Phat Huy Binh Trieu Center (Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City) early. Parents split, the 6-year-old boy lives with his grandmother. Her simple wish is to wear new clothes this New Year, meet friends and raise a little dog.
For Phi An and many classmates, today is a special event, because she was given Tet gifts and watched with friends how to make summer toys with all shapes and eye-catching colors.
During the gift giving ceremony at Binh Trieu Promotion Center, hundreds of gifts were delivered to children and families by Masterise Group. Joy appeared in the eyes and smiles of children and parents. Each gift includes 20 kg of rice, instant noodles, spices and confectionery... to help them relieve their worries and hardships when Tet approaches.
Not only supporting gifts, the program also organizes folk games, wishing to share Tet atmosphere with children.
This is also the first destination in Masterise Group's program "Giving love - Sending Tet to every home" to support disadvantaged families in Ho Chi Minh City.It is known that this is a series of CSR programs. Tet (Corporate Social Responsibility) is the group's first long-term, coordinated implementation with other organizations such as Saigon Children, Ho Chi Minh City Youth Union and Cho Ray Hospital.
According to the representative of the unit, every year on Tet, Masterise Group supports the community with practical activities such as Tet reunion - supporting workers at the construction site, contributing to the Fatherland Front in giving Tet gifts to poor households, and giving gifts to poor households. Specifically, the Tet CSR program has coordinated with units to give gifts to migrant workers; 1,500 children living on the streets, orphaned children in shelters or orphans because of the pandemic, giving 7,000 gifts to workers working at construction sites of Masterise Homes® projects being implemented across the country with a total value of 2.1 billion VND.

The program also accompanies the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Union, supporting bus tickets for more than 1,000 students and workers from provinces studying and living in Ho Chi Minh City who have left the city to return to their hometown to celebrate Tet. At the same time, the group also cooperated with Cho Ray Hospital to support 200 gifts for difficult patients. Although the support cannot be compared with returning home to celebrate Tet, we hope to share a little warmth with children who are far away from home.
In the midst of a pandemic: for the community, there is no hesitation
The series of volunteer activities on the occasion of the Lunar New Year in 2022 is consistent with what Masterise Group has implemented throughout the past year, which is aimed at the disadvantaged, the group that is heavily affected by the pandemic.
The series of activities "Together with Vietnam firmly to win the pandemic" is a typical example, which has been implemented by enterprises since July 2021, empowering 10,000 workers in Ho Chi Minh City, helping them settle down to overcome the pandemic. services thanks to subsidies for housing expenses, and at the same time donating medical equipment worth VND29 billion to the city's frontline. Workers and frontline medical staff are among the hardest hit by the pandemic. Therefore, they also become the main beneficiaries of Masterise Group's community efforts in the midst of the epidemic.

In addition to supporting machinery and rent for workers, in September 2021, the enterprise coordinated with the Ho Chi Minh City Youth Union to provide 7,500 bags of medicine to Covid-19 patients in Ho Chi Minh City.
