Senior Manager - Public Relations
Job Descriptions:
- Build up, maintain and develop good relationship with Government agencies and institutions
- Be responsible to propose and perform activities to build up and develop relationship with Competent agencies
- Act as the representative for direct interaction and communication with Government agencies during project licensing under State regulations (Project licensing documents to be prepared by Functional Departments and distributed towards External Relationships)
- Directly work with competent agencies in collaboration with Legal & Compliance Department to solve problems and procedures related to activities at corporate level
- Get involved in solving or offering advice upon how to solve problems and issues to Functional Departments throughout the working process with Government agencies
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Management from time to time
- Achieving financial KPIs, non-financial KPIs and other assigned KPIs as assigned;
- Executing other responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree of professional for Construction Engineer, Architect, MEP Engineer
- Fluent in English
- Good technical knowledge for construction or design (Architectural, Structure or MEP).
- Good knowledge about the law of planning, law of construction, law of firefighting, law of Environmental, lay of Residential, law of Land, law of Investment, Codes, degree and all sub-law document.
- Good communication ability and agility in coordinated work with partners.
- The ability to negotiate, must synthesize knowledge of relevant fields when negotiating a matter, master the rules, influencing factors to negotiate to achieve the goal.

- Ability to manage, coordinate consulting units, coordination departments
