CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS UPDATE - NOVEMBER 2023 ACCELERATING THE COMPLETION OF SOHO SHOPHOUSES, READY TO HANDOVER TO CUSTOMERS

With the relentless efforts of the Masterise Homes® team and our partners, construction works at The Global City have been busier than ever in the last months of the year.

⚡ SOHO Shophouse zone: The hoarding around the SOHO zone has been removed for sidewalk construction and tree planting. Facade works (primer painting, glass/window installation, shading lamella structure, etc.) has reached 68% completion. Elevator installation is also over 70% for the entire area. The SOHO shophouse zone is currently being expedited for completion to hand over to customers.

⚡ City Park - Largest Entertainment Park in the New City Center: Currently planting greeneries and trees, and installing outdoor play areas, with an expected opening in early 2024. Additionally, a large-scale GO-Kart racing track is under construction, promising to attract numerous sports and speed enthusiasts for an exhilarating experience.

Especially in November 2023, The Global City got many events that attracted not only customers/investors but also education providers:

💥 Anchor Tenant Signing Ceremony with PCM Group, to turn 23 SOHO shophouses at The Global City to develop into the large-scale and modern PRIME COMPLEX.
💥 The event "Investment Opportunities no.4: Education Sector at the SOHO shophouse," focusing on developing a professional education model at The Global City.
💥 The test drive and launching event of Aston Martin.

The hoarding around the SOHO shophouses has been removed for sidewalk construction and tree planting. Internal roads within SOHO have been shaped.
 

Notably, the frontage of the SOHO townhouses (glass/window framing, windows, shading lamella structure, etc.) is rapidly pushing forward in a series of construction, meeting Foster + Partners' design standards. It is expected that the shophouses will begin handover in early 2024. 
 

On November 30th, PCM Group officially leased 23 SOHO shophouses at The Global City to develop into the large-scale and modern PRIME COMPLEX, adding vibrancy and sophistication to the entire SOHO area.
 

Parallel to the project's construction progress, in November, Masterise Homes® continued to organize a series of events attracting many domestic and international educational providers to expand/develop educational facilities right in the SOHO shophouses.
 

The City Park, the largest entertainment park in the New Center, is gradually being completed and will soon open for citizens to experience. It promises to be the leading entertainment destination in Thu Duc City.
 

On November 18-19, the luxury car brand Aston Martin chose The Global City to launch its two newest supercar models, including a grand test drive event by the largest water fountain in Southeast Asia.
