CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS UPDATE ON DECEMBER 2023 RAPIDLY COMPLETING FACADE OF SOHO SHOPHOUSES AND PARKS, GET READY FOR HANDOVER

With the relentless efforts of the Masterise Homes® team and partners, as of the end of December 2023, The Global City project has been consistently transforming its appearance.

• SOHO Shophouse zone: Facade works were ongoing rapidly, reaching 85% overall completion. The internal roads between shophouse blocks were completed, and sidewalks were being installed. Additionally, the parks in SOHO were also under construction. The construction site at SOHO is currently busier to meet the handover schedule for customers.
• City Park - The largest entertainment park in the New City Center: Continuing to plant trees, completing outdoor activities areas, sports center, etc. In addition, the Go-kart track at City Park has just completed the construction of the running track, as well as preparing to install facilities.

In December 2023, The Global City became the venue for a series of large-scale events.

• The International AI Day event featured many exciting technology projects debuting for the first time.
• The "Unlocking Investment Opportunities" event series focused on the potential of investing in educational sectors in the SOHO shophouse, receiving much attention from educational providers and property investors.
• The fashion exhibition week was hosted by Harper's Bazaar magazine, bringing together hundreds of entrepreneurs, artists, and celebrities.
• Notably, the Luxury Countdown Party 2024 attracted over 50,000 city residents for entertainment and to enjoy a fireworks display with a musical fountain.

The SOHO shophouses were being completed in their exterior design by Foster + Partners and will soon be handed over to the residents.

The images of City Park - the largest entertainment park in the new city center, have been completed and will open early in 2024, welcoming thousands of city residents every day.

The high-speed Gokart racing track at City Park has just completed the running track construction, preparing to install gaming facilities.

Recently, on December 31, Masterise Homes hosted a Go Kart test drive, providing a unique experience for speed enthusiasts.

The Artificial Intelligence Day 2023 with the theme "AI - Real Reinvention" took place at The Global City, bringing together more than 100 representatives from businesses and 1500 guests in the technology field.

The fashion exhibition week was hosted by Harper's Bazaar magazine, bringing together hundreds of entrepreneurs, artists, and celebrities.

The "Unlocking Investment Opportunities" event series focused on the potential of investing in educational sectors in the SOHO shophouse, receiving much attention from educational providers and property investors.

The collaboration between Masterise Homes and Heineken, the "Luxury Countdown Party 2024" New Year's event, attracted more than 50,000 people to witness fireworks, musical fountain performance, and a grand music night.
