CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS UPDATE IN OCTOBER 2023 SPEEDING UP THE CONSTRUCTION WORKS FOR COMPOUND AMENITIES

By the end of October 2023, the Masterise Homes team and partners have kept the ID fit-out works running seamlessly at all 05 LUMIÈRE Boulevard towers, curating living space with the highest fit-out quality for residents.

Regarding the facade works, the Final layer of paint is ongoing (80%). Shophouses at the tower podium, workers are cladding marble stones for Levels 1 and 2.

At the same time, the landscape has speeded up the construction work, including Tiling, decking, soil placement, and planting preparation.
