MASTERI CENTRE POINT CELEBRATES ITS TOPPING OUT CEREMONY 3 DAYS AHEAD SCHEDULE

On June 16, 2022, Masteri Centre Point was topped out at the construction site located inside the Grand Park, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh. The event marked an important milestone of Masteri Centre Point as the project was quickly completed with structural construction works ready to enter its finishing stage.

The ceremony also affirms the prestige of Masterise Homes in keeping to its commitment on construction progress and top quality by cooperating with strategic world-class partners such as MACE, Central... Masteri Centre Point will be tentatively completed in the third quarter of 2023.

In addition, Masterise Homes with main partners, Central, and Mace, at the end of April 2022 celebrated the great milestone of 2 million safety man-hour without lost time injury.

Speaking at the ceremony Mr. Sameer AbuKhalil annouced: “Masteri Centre Point project started construction in 2020, and now we have completed the super-structure ahead of our schedule in spite of the 2 ½ months where the work stopped due to Covid social distancing. Today, I am delighted to see this great achievement despite difficulty. The teamwork and partnership demonstrated the success that brought us to this point. The Engineers, architects, and the members of our project & design teams together with our partners worked closely and joined in thorough the planning, design, and execution process to develop this outstanding project.”

During the construction progress, Masterise Homes and main strategic partners - General Contractor (Central Construction, JSC) and Construction Supervision Consultant (MACE Vietnam Co., Ltd.) always put human safety first- Therefore, Masteri Centre Point has reached the milestone of two million safe working hours at the construction site in April 2022.

Mr. Vũ Đức Tài, Executive Director of Central Vietnam explained: “Up to now, after more than 20 months of construction fr om commencement in 2020, CENTRAL has topped out the project 30 days ahead of schedule. During the working process, CENTRAL has always received the trust and support from the Client Masterise Homes, the Consultant Mace, related subcontractors and partners”.

Mr. Andrew Metcalf, Project Director from MACE sent the appreciation to all partners at both construction sites and head office for their dedicated contribution to the project and: “And most importantly, we must thank all the workers, woman and men, for all their hard work, dedication, and sacrifice, without which we would not be celebrating here today. Thank you to you all. Moving forward, and in conclusion, I would urge the Project Team to continue working together to maintain a safe working environment, and a successful completion of the Project.”
