CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS UPDATE - NOVEMBER 2023 ID FIT-OUT WORKS ARE ONGOING AT ALL TOWERS; GREEN PLANT BOXES AND ALUMINUM EDGES ARE BEING INSTALLED

Situated in the prime location of Grand Park mega township, the LUMIÈRE Boulevard towers are consistently being completed according to the established plan, under the supervision of the Masterise Homes® team and international partners.

The external painting work has been completed, providing a distinctive appearance for the LUMIÈRE Boulevard towers.

Planting boxes and aluminum edging are being installed on the side and front walls of the towers. Once completed, there will be 24 hanging gardens along the five buildings.

The corridors in the five towers have been completed to a "5-star hotel" standard, with a width of 1.8m to ensure comfortable passage for residents. In addition, the main apartment doors use high-quality, fire-resistant materials.
 

The fire protection and prevention system, including fire hydrant cabinets, extinguishers, fire alarm bells, etc., are all equipped according to Vietnamese regulations.
 

The interiors of the apartments from the Level 17 down in all towers have been completed. The Masterise team and partners continue construction and inspection for the remaining floors.
