CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS UPDATE IN SEPTEMBER 2023 LIFT LOBBIES AND APARTMENT CORRIDORS INSIDE TOWERS ARE BEING COMPLETED

One of the remarkable progressing updates of LUMIÈRE Boulevard in September is that the lift lobbies and apartment corridors inside the towers have been completed, and the lights are lit up, making interior space more luxurious, like 5-star hotels. At the same time, the architectural works, including: Masonry works, Plastering works and waterproofing, and screed works, are reaching 100% of completion.

For the facade works, All Aluminum Frames and glass installation were completed for all towers. The final layer of paint is ongoing (70%).

The main doors of LUMIÈRE Boulevard apartments are fire-rated and equipped with the modern Hafele lock.
 

ID work inside the apartments is ongoing with strict QA/QC to bring the best quality for customers.
