CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS UPDATE IN AUGUST 2023 FIT-OUT WORK IS PROGRESSING FOR ALL CORRIDORS AND APARTMENTS IN 5 TOWERS

By the end of August, with constant efforts, the construction pace at the 5 towers of LUMIÈRE Boulevard remained stable as scheduled.

• The exterior of the towers: The final layer on the facade is progressing, speeding up the completion of the hardscape of the compound landscape (reaching 92% progress).
• The interior of the towers: fit-out work of the corridors and apartments is starting from level 4 up to level 20 at all towers. For those completed, Masterise Homes team will check and coordinate with contractors to make adjustments, ensuring that customers receive the best quality apartments upon handover.

Ring road 3 located next to LUMIÈRE Boulevard, will be under construction soon. Once it is completed, the apartment price will rise up.
