CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS UPDATE JULY 2023 FACADE WORKS OF 5 TOWERS ARE COMPLETED, AND SCAFFOLDING COVERS ARE REMOVED FOR ALL TOWERS

At the end of July, 05 towers of LUMIÈRE Boulevard begins to "show off" its beautiful white facade when all the scaffolding covers are removed. Facade works, including Aluminum Frames & Glass installation, First coat of external painting, have been completed 100% for all towers.

As for the inside of the towers, Architectural works and ID fit-out works are ongoing simultaneously: (1) progressing Masonry works, Plastering work, Waterproofing, and Screed work; (2) progressing for the corridor and unit from level 4 to level 12.

At the same time, the landscape works at LUMIÈRE Boulevard are also accelerated, such as the Structural works of the pool reaching more than 90% of the construction progress and being tested for Waterproofing. Installation of Planer Boxes is ongoing.
