LUMIÈRE BOULEVARD CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS UPDATE IN JUNE/2023: FACADE WORKS WITH GLASS INSTALLATION HAS BEEN COMPLETED 80%

Located in the heart of the Grand Park mega township, the exterior of 5 LUMIÈRE Boulevard towers is gradually revealed as the scaffolding netting is being removed gradually. As of June 2023, the facade works, including Aluminum Frames & Glass installation, have been completed at 80%.

For the interior, the architectural works (Masonry works, waterproofing, Plastering work, Screed work) reached more than 80% of all towers. Especially inside the apartments and corridors, ID fit-out works are progressing at all levels.

At the same time, the swimming pool is also gradually becoming more apparent, with structural works being gradually completed.

Expected to be handed over by the end of 2023, LUMIÈRE Boulevard will be the most high-end green compound in Grand Park.
