The Lake Tower, part of the world’s largest branded residential complex under the Marriott International brand, has officially topped out.
Ho Chi Minh City, May 19, 2022 – Masterise Homes held the topping-out ceremony for the Lake branded residential tower, located within the master plan of the Grand Marina, Saigon branded residential complex. This event marks a significant developmental milestone for Grand Marina, Saigon, as it brings the concept of branded residences in Vietnam closer to reality.
Situated in the heart of vibrant and modern Ho Chi Minh City, the 47-story Lake Tower is associated with the Marriott brand and sits within the 10-hectare master plan of the Grand Marina, Saigon complex.
Lake is the first of eight iconic towers at Grand Marina, Saigon to be constructed, with the full structure expected to be completed in May 2022 to begin interior fit-out and finishing. The branded apartments in Lake Tower are arranged to maximize panoramic views. South and Southwest-facing units offer views of the magnificent city center; East and Southeast-facing units enjoy endless views of the tranquil Saigon River; and Southwest-facing units overlook the lush greenery of the Botanical Garden.
In addition to the Marriott branded apartments, Lake Tower offers luxury amenities managed and operated by a professional team from Marriott, ranging from boardrooms, swimming pools, and cinemas to club lounges, gyms, and children's play areas. These spaces were designed by HBA (USA) in strict accordance with the Marriott brand language, featuring modern touches on a backdrop of classic luxury. Furthermore, Lake Tower’s interiors are 100% finished in Italy by the Italian Fit Out Company, with meticulous craftsmanship and perfectionism bringing an Italian-styled space to future residents.

The Marriott-branded Lake Tower is developed by a team with extensive international experience and expertise, including Newtecons, Mace, and Aurecon, with interior design by HBA and interior finishing by Italian Fit Out Company. The building is expected to begin handovers in Q1-2023. Currently, a large number of Marriott branded apartments in Lake Tower have already found owners, including a nearly 240 m² duplex penthouse on the 45th floor.
In the coming months, Italian Fit Out Company will complete the mock-up units at Lake Tower so customers can easily experience the views and feel the "Milanese interior" ambiance of these Marriott branded residences. Additionally, to provide maximum support to customers, the project is offering an attractive financial package with a grace period for principal and interest of up to 12 months after handover.
