On 16 May at GEM Center, Masterise Homes officially opened the next chapter of Grand Marina, Saigon with the exclusive event The Signature of Time, while introducing the limited Urban Signature collection under JW Marriott Residences at Sea Tower. The launch marks a continued milestone in elevating the branded living experience at Grand Marina, Saigon, where time is felt through quality of life, operational standards, and values proven through the project’s realization.
As the event’s central visual metaphor, the hourglass reflected the journey of accumulating enduring value. It spoke to Masterise Homes’ long-term vision, development capability, and commitment to maintaining quality as the project enters operation. Over time, standards are shaped, values are proven, and new signatures continue to be created.
Through an artistic language combining hologram technology and orchestral sound, the more than five-year journey of shaping Grand Marina, Saigon was vividly retold through key milestones. Guests were guided through shifting frames of time, with contrasting visual layers, the powerful voice of Ái Phương, and the evocative performance of Hoàng Hải. Adding further energy to the evening was a dynamic mashup between Hồ Ngọc Hà and violinist Anh Tú. The convergence of two distinctive artistic voices became a fitting metaphor for the strategic partnership between Masterise Homes and Marriott International in bringing Grand Marina, Saigon to life.
