LIVING SPACE DESIGN CONTEST
The program is organized by the “Nhà tôi ở Masterise” community in collaboration with Masterise Property Management, featuring a total prize pool worth VND 150 million. The first prize is a Dyson air purifier valued at VND 30 million. There are three third prizes, each awarded a robot vacuum worth VND 10 million, and five Inspiration Awards with Marshall Emberton II Bluetooth speakers worth VND 5 million each. Additionally, the first 70 submissions receive OneU gift codes worth VND 500,000.
The professional judging panel includes architect Đoàn Mạnh, artist and designer Đặng Phương Anh, along with a representative from Masterise Property Management. In addition to the 11 outstanding entries, the first 70 residents to submit their works also received prizes.
Mr. Nguyễn Huy, a resident from the “Nhà tôi ở Masterise” community who won third prize with a Dyson robot vacuum, shared that the contest not only provided a platform for residents to connect and build community, but also offered meaningful and practical rewards. Ms. Ngô Thị Ngọc Mai, a resident of Masteri West Heights, was pleasantly surprised to receive second prize. “The award is not just a material gift, but also a milestone in my journey of shaping my home according to my desired lifestyle,” she said.
According to the organizers, the “Master in Style” contest is not merely a competition, but also contributes to strengthening connections and fostering a sense of community among residents.
“Developing high-end, livable apartment projects reflects our vision of creating benchmark living spaces. However, delivering sustainable and long-term value to residents lies in building a model, civilized, and high-quality community,” a representative of the organizing committee stated.
