Masterise Homes team and its partners have demonstrated exceptional dedication and professionalism by working tirelessly around the clock to ensure timely project completion as planned.<\/p>\n<p>Highlights as of early January 2025:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>31 villas in the SAVA <\/b><b>zone<\/b> have completed 100% of the fa\u00e7ade works.<\/li>\n<li><b>The remaining villas <\/b>have completed 90% of the superstructure works Phase 2 &amp; over 70% Phase 3.<\/li>\n<li><b>Lift <\/b><b>bridge<\/b> continue to trial operation in December 2024 and has completed 90% of the project.<\/li>\n<li><b>Children Park<\/b> has completed 100% hardscape and planting of trees (Phase 1 and Phase 2).<\/li>\n<li><b>Central Park<\/b> has completed 90% of the hardscape structure works and planting of trees commenced on site.<\/li>\n<li><b>River Park<\/b>: Hardscape works is 85% completed; planting of trees is 60% completed and progressing.<\/li>\n<li><b>Infrastructure Works <\/b>100% complete Granite paving &amp; walkways at Zone 1 and Main gate and progressing at Phases 2 &amp; 3.<\/li>\n<li><b>External infrastructure <\/b>1st Asphalt layer completed from Phuoc Thien
