Piling works of ship lock (water gate) are in progress.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Overall, The Rivus is being completed and changing its &#8220;appearance&#8221; daily, standing out in a unique and rare location, the future connectivity center of Ho Chi Minh City.
