By the end of June 2023, The Rivus construction site had finished 100% of the structure for the next show villa and was continuing to create infrastructure for many more villas in the SAVA subdivision.<\/p>\n

Internal amenities are also being prioritized for completion, including the completion of wooden floors and a children’s playground at the first internal park, as well as the completion of a 100% river deck restaurant with an airy outlook, which will provide a new luxurious area for consumers to visit the project.
