The Rivus branded villa is taking shape with many parts being completed and deployed “quickly”.<\/p>\n

By May 2023, The Rivus construction site has completed 100% of the first show villa, along with an internal park with water feature, outdoor playground, wooden floor… At the same time, Masterise Homes and contractors completed Glass Coffee with a luxurious space for customers to visit the project.<\/p>\n

In parallel, the next villas have been deployed on schedule, the internal roads and the project landscape will be completed quickly.<\/p>\n

The first riverfront villa inspired by Haute Couture \u2013 The Rivus<\/a>, which is designed by ELIE SAAB, made a successful mark in the market since its launch. Moreover, Elie Saab’s first branded landed property project has set up a new era of villas in Vietnam.<\/p>\n
