By the end of July 2023, The Rivus construction site continues to rapidly deploy many items, the villas in SAVA subdivision are finishing the structure, especially the second show villa, which has finished 100% of the structural works and will carry out external stone cladding.

The internal amenities are also being prioritized for completion, many works have been finished: public park, glass coffee, a luxury river deck restaurant that has been completed 100%, which will create a new elegant space for clients to visit the project. When the river park is developed, the project landscape will faces several class changes.
