Demonstrating a high level of responsibility from the Masterise Homes® team and our partners, construction work at The Rivus project is processing smoothly and consistently at an accelerating pace; many milestones have been achieved according to the scheduled plan.

🌟 More than 50% of the villas in the SAVA zone have undergone structural construction, with several villas reaching roof completion and finishing internal partition walls. Exterior stone cladding is simultaneously being prepared, accelerating the overall completion schedule.
🌟 The 6-bedroom Danube model villa: Structural construction and brickwork have reached 100% completion. Our team of workers is currently engaged in cladding the front facade and installing interior furnishings.
🌟 Internal road infrastructure has reached 60% overall progress, including the installation of drainage systems and underground power cables.

Additionally, the landscaping of the children’s park and villas is continuously managed and replanted, creating a refreshing green environment for visitors.

As of the end of November 2023, the SAVA villas are under construction, achieving more than 70% progress in structural work. Many villas have reached the roof stage or removed scaffolding to proceed with the completion of the facades and stone cladding. Simultaneously, the construction of brickwork has reached 40% completion.

To ensure long-term durability and quality, the facade of The Rivus villas will feature solid natural stone imported from Europe, complemented by a six-sided waterproofing treatment.

The landscaping around the villas is meticulously cared for and continually refreshed, creating a lush and inviting environment for visitors.

With a total length of 765 meters, the Long Dai Bridge, connecting the Long Binh and Long Phuoc wards, completed and opens to traffic on 16 December 2023. Residents of The Rivus villas will have a new route directly to the downtown District 1.
