CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS UPDATE IN JUNE 2024 SYNCHRONIZING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF VILLA INFRASTRUCTURE AND AMENITIES

With a high sense of responsibility from the Masterise Homes® team and partners, the entire construction site at The Rivus is being implemented simultaneously, with many items completed according to schedule and to the highest quality.

Highlights until June 2024:

100% of all villas’ piling work has been completed
31 villas in the SAVA subdivision have completed 90% of the façade works.
River Park (phase 1) has completed more than 60% of the hardscape works; Central Park has completed piling works and earthworks for the swimming pool.
Marina works: lifting bridge piling works completed and abutment pier work in progress. Piling works of ship lock (water gate) are in progress.
