CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS UPDATE IN EARLY OF SEP 2024 <br>80% VILLAS HAVE COMPLETED SUPERSTRUCTURE WORKS, MARINA BAY READY FOR SYNCHRONOUS CONSTRUCTION

With a high sense of responsibility from the Masterise Homes team and partners, the entire construction site at The Rivus is being implemented simultaneously, with many items completed according to schedule and to the highest quality.

Highlights until Sep 2024:

  • 31 villas in the SAVA zone have completed 100% of the façade works.
  • The remaining villas have completed over 80% superstructure works.
  • Marina works: Lifting bridge abutment works substantially completed and erection of bridge to commence from Sep; sheet piling completed for embankment and ship lock (water gate).
  • Children’s Park: 100% completed (phase 1 and phase 2).
  • Central Park has completed 60% hardscape structure works.
  • River Park has completed 60% hardscape phase 1 and 40% hardscape phase 2.
  • Infrastructure works: 1st Asphalt completed 90% and sooner the project will be eligible for PCCC Inspection application

The entire construction site is being deployed at a rapid rate, and many items will continue to be completed shortly, gradually forming the sophisticated appearance of The Rivus – Gated design villas by Elie Saab in Vietnam.

All villas in the SAVA zone have completed 100% of the façade works, and the Children’s Park has also completed 100% (phase 1 and phase 2).
