As of February 2025, Masterise Homes® team and its partners have made significant progress in the entire construction of The Rivus with many tasks completed on schedule and to the highest quality standards.
Highlights as of early February 2025:
- 31 villas in the SAVA zone have completed 100% of the façade works.
- The remaining villas have completed 95% of the superstructure works Phase 2 & over 75% Phase 3.
- Lift bridge has completed 98% of the entire project and continue to trial operation in early January 2025.
- Children Park has completed 100% hardscape and planting of trees (Phase 1 and Phase 2).
- Central Park has completed 90% of the hardscape structure works and planting of trees commenced on site.
- River Park: Hardscape works is 90% completed; planting of trees is 60% completed and progressing Phase 1&2.
- Infrastructure Works 100% complete Granite paving & walkways at Zone 1 and progressing at Phases 2 & 3.
- External infrastructure 1st Asphalt layer completed from Phuoc Thien street to Gate 1 of The Rivus; Phuoc Thien street will be completed, with a synchronous infrastructure for the entire area in March, 2025.
Parallel to the construction progress, meticulous attention is given to planting and maintaining greenery and flowers, construction projects and infrastructure developments are progressing swiftly and on schedule, providing a sustainable and luxurious living environment and preparing to hand over for future residents.
