As of December 2024, Masterise Homes® team and its partners have made significant progress in the entire construction of The Rivus with many tasks completed on schedule and to the highest quality standards.
Highlights as of December 2024:
- 31 villas in the SAVA zone have completed 100% of the façade works.
- The remaining villas have completed 100% of the superstructure works.
- Lift bridge begins a test run in November and progressing on the last stage.
- Marina Works: these decking are being installed and progressing on site.
- Children Park has completed 100% hardscape and planting of trees (Phase 1 and Phase 2).
- Central Park has completed 85% of the hardscape structure works and planting of trees commenced on site.
- River Park has completed 100% hardscape Phase 1 and 85% hardscape Phase 2. Planting of trees commenced on site.
- Infrastructure Works: 1st Asphalt layer completed for all zones; 100% complete Granite paving & walkways at Zone 1 and progressing at Main gate, Zone 2-3.
- External infrastructure: 1st Asphalt layer completed from Phuoc Thien street to Gate 1 of The Rivus; Phuoc Thien street will be completed, with a synchronous infrastructure for the entire area at the end of January 2025.
The construction site is advancing rapidly, with many items expected to be completed at the end of the year.
Meanwhile, landscaping work, including green spaces and sidewalk installations is progressing steadily, to deliver a sustainable and luxurious living environment for future residents.
