• 31 villas at The Rivus completed superstructure for above-ground and basement levels, currently undergoing stone cladding and exterior finishing. The blockworks within the villas reached 50% completion.

• Infrastructure and internal roads with underground networks, such as water supply/drainage systems and electrical cable systems, were successfully completed. Groundwork has commenced, with construction aligning precisely with the design.

• Amenities such as parks, glass coffee, and riverfront restaurants adorned with lush greenery are now operational and open for customers to experience.
