CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS UPDATE IN EARLY JANUARY 2025:
THE RIVUS’ NEW LOOK IN EARLY 2025:
A CLASSY LIVING SPACE IS NEARING COMPLETION!
STEADY PROGRESS, SYNCHRONIZING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE ENTIRE AREA

As the Lunar New Year approaches, the construction site of The Rivus Villa project is bustling even more. Masterise Homes® team and its partners have demonstrated exceptional dedication and professionalism by working tirelessly around the clock to ensure timely project completion as planned.

Highlights as of early January 2025:

31 villas in the SAVA zone have completed 100% of the façade works.
The remaining villas have completed 90% of the superstructure works Phase 2 & over 70% Phase 3.
Lift bridge continue to trial operation in December 2024 and has completed 90% of the project.
Children Park has completed 100% hardscape and planting of trees (Phase 1 and Phase 2).
Central Park has completed 90% of the hardscape structure works and planting of trees commenced on site.
River Park: Hardscape works is 85% completed; planting of trees is 60% completed and progressing.
Infrastructure Works 100% complete Granite paving & walkways at Zone 1 and Main gate and progressing at Phases 2 & 3.
External infrastructure 1st Asphalt layer completed from Phuoc Thien street to Gate 1 of The Rivus; Phuoc Thien street will be completed, with a synchronous infrastructure for the entire area in March, 2025.

Parallel to the construction progress, meticulous attention is given to planting and maintaining greenery and flowers, providing a sustainable and luxurious living environment for future residents.
