As the Lunar New Year approaches, the construction site of The Rivus Villa project is bustling even more. In addition to the scheduled construction works, the Masterise Homes® management team organized a “Tet Sum Vay” event to give Tet gifts to all workers.

By the end of January 2024, alongside the 31 Rivus Villas nearing completion with facade work, stone cladding, and landscaping, the Masterise Homes® team and contractors have commenced pile foundation works, substructure works, and superstructure works for the next 87 villas. Furthermore, the progress of internal road construction has reached 68% completion.

Parallel to the construction progress, meticulous attention is given to planting and maintaining greenery and flowers, providing a refreshing environment for visitors to the project.
