By the end of June 2023, The Rivus construction site had finished 100% of the structure for the next show villa and was continuing to create infrastructure for many more villas in the SAVA subdivision.

Internal amenities are also being prioritized for completion, including the completion of wooden floors and a children’s playground at the first internal park, as well as the completion of a 100% river deck restaurant with an airy outlook, which will provide a new luxurious area for consumers to visit the project. In addition to Glass Coffee and the River Deck Restaurant, Masterise Homes® provide the ultimate experience for future owners.

At the same time, the infrastructure, such as internal roads and the project landscape, will be constructed fast.

The first riverfront villa inspired by Haute Couture – The Rivus is taking shape with many parts being completed and deployed “quickly”.
