Let’s update the construction progress of Masteri Centre Point in July 2021.

During this period of reporting, HCMC is still facing a new wave of Covid outbreak, which to a certain extent had affected the number of work forces on site, however, with the close monitoring by our Project Management team both main contractors, Central and Delta, maintained to keep construction progress on schedule, we will hand-over to customers as planned.

For both zone Gardenia and Riviera sites, basement construction are well on its way, both sites had completed 100 % the Basement 1 & 2 slab of the Tower footprints and for individual towers; construction have even reached 1st and 2nd floor. It is anticipated that the entire basement structures would be completed by July 2021 and all the Towers will progress above ground by the next period of reporting.
