Let’s update the construction progress of Masteri Centre Point in June 2021.

With the close monitoring by our Project Management team both main contractors, Central and Delta, maintained to keep construction progress on schedule, we will hand-over to customers as planned.

For both zone Gardenia and Riviera sites, basement construction are well on its way with almost 90% of the Basement 2 slab completed, and small portion of Basement 1 slab beginning to take shape. It is anticipated that the entire basement structures would be completed by early July 2021.
