Let’s update the construction progress of Masteri Centre Point in May 2021.

With the close monitoring by our Project Management team both main contractors, Central and Delta, maintained to keep construction progress on schedule, we will hand-over to customers as planned.

So far, the mass piling for both tower Gardenia & tower Riviera sites and the basement shoring and anchoring are completed. The excavation and construction of pile caps and basement 2 slab are in progress. We schedule to complete both tower Gardenia & tower Riviera basement 2 slab by end of April 2021. Construction of Basement floors will commence in May 2021.
