By the end of June 2023, the 02 existing LUMIÈRE riverside towers stand out in front of the Hanoi Highway due to their different colors and prime location in Thao Dien.
It is clear that the aluminium and glass section that adds a classy aesthetic is covering the outside of the tower as well as the LUMIÈRE Shops areas, with more than 90% done and being inspected on the top floors.
Inside, the architectural work has been completed 100% to the 32nd floor in the East Tower and the 40th floor in the West Tower, the MEP system has been completed following the floors, and the ID fit-out works have also reached the 30th floor in both towers. The tiling and construction of granite have been finished on the 19th floor of the East tower and the 22nd floor of the West tower on numerous floors in the 2 towers.
In the meantime, the project is installing planter boxes in the common area and along the two towers following the "leafscape" concept, and the internal road and landscape will be rapidly developed shortly.
With close monitoring by Masterise Homes and our main contractors, LUMIÈRE riverside construction progress is on schedule, ensuring that the handover to customers with the highest quality. Inspired by “leafscape” architecture, LUMIÈRE riverside is an aesthetic masterpiece within the idea of nature, mastering elements of light, space, greenery and luxury.
The covering scaffolding has been removed, giving the appearance of two towers in different colors in Thao Dien.
The glass part is being checked and completed on the top floors of the 02 towers.
